1. Roles & Responsibilities

Admin/Owner (Concept Clear Academy): Provides platform infrastructure, ensures safety, and manages payments.
Service Providers (Tutors/Trainers): Deliver academic or professional tuition responsibly.
Users (Students/Parents/Professionals): Use services for lawful, educational purposes only.

2. Account & Eligibility

Users must provide accurate information during registration.
Minors (below 18) must have parental/guardian consent.
Accounts may be suspended for misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

3. Payments & Services

Fees are payable via approved gateways (mobile banking, card, bank transfer). Service prices may change; users will be notified in advance. Tutors are independent service providers, not employees of Concept Clear Academy.

4. Code of Conduct

No sharing of inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content.
Respectful communication between tutors, students, and parents is mandatory.
Academic dishonesty (cheating, impersonation) is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability & Dispute Resolution

Concept Clear Academy is a platform; we are not liable for direct outcomes of tuition. Disputes must first be addressed via our support system. In Bangladesh, disputes may be resolved under applicable consumer and digital service laws.
